You are welcome to send us devices for repair. Please note the following information:
- Describe the error or fault as precisely as possible.
- Unfortunately, we cannot repair antiques or appliances from other manufacturers.
- Please do not send in any devices that contain mercury.
This complies with the EU Mercury Regulation (EU) 2017/852, which prohibits the manufacture, import and export of products containing mercury. - Please use our repair form, which is available to download as a PDF, and enclose the completed form with your return.
