Service and repairs

You are welcome to send us devices for repair. Please note the following:

• Please provide a detailed description of the fault or malfunction.
• Unfortunately, we cannot repair antiques or devices from third-party manufacturers.
• Do not send in any devices that contain mercury. This complies with the EU Mercury Regulation (EU) 2017/852, which prohibits the manufacture, import, and export of mercury-containing products.
• Please use our repair request form, available as a downloadable PDF, and include the completed form with your return shipment.
